Return and Refund Policy

At Light World, we strive to ensure every purchase brings satisfaction and value to your space. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Terms :

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all labels intact.
Custom or special-order products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

Return Process :

Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting images if applicable.
Once approved, you will receive instructions for securely shipping the product back to our studio.

Refund Process :

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at checkout.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
